PJ is a design artist who has taught and lectured
throughout the United States over the past fifteen
years. She is an original designer having published
over twenty-five patterns which are available
through Checker Distributors and is currently
working on her first book for Landauer Publishing
called ‘”Sweet ‘n Sassy”.
Being a previous quilt shop owner of
the oldest quilt shop in New England and teacher,
she is very well versed in the art of quilt making.
She teaches classes for all levels of quilters in
traditional piecing as well as wearable art. PJ is
also working on her first line of fabric for Henry
Glass, named “Giselle”.
Her latest accomplishment is a
template set called “Sweet n’ Sassy” which is being
produced and marketed by Creative Grid Rulers.
Another template is in the prototype stage that will
allow individuals to make an eight-pointed star
without any “y” seams.
PJ resides in Springfield, New
Hampshire with her partner and husband, Bob, and
their two Persian cats named Princess and Bear.

CLASSES
"Maddie Bea's"
Intermediate to Advanced - Full Day
"Maddie Bea's" is designed after an antique quilt I
found at a quilt show. I designed a three-piece
template set, which allows you to make perfect
intersections with the blocks as well as the sashing
and set-ins. Included is a mini as a bi-product of
the quilt. Here is a great class to learn how to use
templates and color selection. Your project will not
be completed in class.
Taylor's Timeless Quilt
Beginner to Advanced - Full Day
Taylor's Timeless Quilt is a wonderful quilt that
shows you how to make six colors dramatically come
alive. Learn how to set your quilt on point and use
the formulas to make quilting easier. Your project
will not be completed in class.
The 4 B's of Quilting
All levels - 1/2 Day Class
Borders, backing, batting and binding...the
necessities to make your masterpiece a true winner.
This is a hands-on class recommended for everyone.
It is not just the essentials we need to learn but
also some "tricks" of the trade. This class is well
worth your time to attend.
Sherbet and Cream
Intermediate to Advanced - Full Day
Wearable art is definitely in the forefront of a
quilter's wardrobe. Your jacket will be completed
(or nearly) in one day. You will learn how to custom
fit your jacket to your body shape. A fun class to
attend with lots of laughs!
"Isabella"
Advanced Beginner to Advanced - Full Day
"Isabella" is a quilt that looks beautiful in
reproductions, oriental and baticks. Simply choose
ten colors plus a border and you are ready to begin.
Here is an enjoyable class with many hints to make
quilt assembly a breeze.
If you see one of my patterns that
particularly interest you, we can design a class to
suit your needs. Be prepared to have a wonderful,
fun-filled day with lots of laughs and of course
CHOCOLATE.
